Bob Cutler is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Creative Consumer Concepts (C3). C3 is the largest kids-focused brand marketing agency in the nation for the restaurant industry. Since the company's founding in 1987, kids across America have been entertained and educated by C3's fun-loving kids' menus, toys and marketing materials in thousands of national restaurants.
C3's tremendous success is largely attributed to Cutler's commitment to maintaining the highest levels of cultural integrity within the organization. In the spring of 2018, Bob achieved a life-long dream of becoming an officer of the law, graduating from MCC Blue River Public Safety Institute. Bob continues his service as a commissioned law enforcement officer with the State of Missouri. He recently was nominated to the Kansas City Crime Commission Board of Directors on the SAFE committee.
In 2021 Bob received his master’s in criminal justice from the University of Louisville. He continues to study the current issues facing today’s law enforcement community especially in the areas of police department culture and officer moral.
Philanthropy and volunteerism play a significant role in Cutler's life. Cutler has held multiple leadership positions with United Jewish Communities, serving as vice chair of the Board of Trustees, national chair of the Marketing and Communications Committee and national major gifts chair.
Cutler is a past board member of the Kansas City Arthritis Board and American Juvenile Arthritis Foundation (AJAO). He has also held numerous positions with the Greater Kansas City Jewish Federation, including treasurer and vice president of the Board, was a member of the Israel and Overseas Committee, co-chair of the FreetheSoldiers.org committee and chair of the 2000 and 2001 Annual Giving Campaign.
In addition to Cutler’s commendable community service, he also contributes to more than 30 charities and non-profits. He is committed to supporting political causes that are in alignment with his belief that the survival of Israel is a benefit to the global community.
Cutler received his bachelor's degree in sociology with a minor in elementary education from the University of Denver in 1978. He began his career as an account executive for Hallmark Cards where he held positions as sales trainer and promotional sales manager for seven years. Cutler was also vice president of Equity Marketing Incorporated, now based in Los Angeles, California.
Bob Cutler is a successful entrepreneur, political activist, spiritual Jew, prepper, minister and police officer. He has a passion for digital photography and ballroom dance, and for the past ten years has competed in Latin Rhythm Ballroom Dancing competitions. He has also formerly competed in five marathons and masters swimming events.
Bob has been featured in AdAge, The Jewish Chronicle, and the Kansas City Star. He has three grown children, he is a grandfather and lives in Kansas City.
